How do I confirm my reservation?

Once your booking is received, you will receive a confirmation email with full journey details, your chauffeur's name, and a direct contact number. A reminder is also sent 24 hours before your journey.

Can I make changes or cancel my booking?

Amendments are accepted up to 4 hours before departure at no charge. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pick-up may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you monitor flight arrivals?

Yes. We track all inbound flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur will adjust accordingly — there is no need to contact us.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a discreet name board. For private terminal arrivals, meet-and-greet arrangements are made in advance.

Is there a waiting time allowance included?

All airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the flight's actual landing time. For other point-to-point transfers, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting is included.
